The center was established with the aim of conducting research on Turkish-Armenian relations and the Armenian Question, building up an archive and organizing conferences and seminars in 2001. It is possible to have access via its web page to various articles on the topic. The website has also some documents titled Armenian Question Documents; however, because of the lack of website’s functionality, it is really hard to reach them. The center works within the scope of Sakarya University.
